At Reliant Transportation, we believe relationships drive results. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Carrier Engagement Manager to help expand and strengthen our carrier network while supporting freight execution and operational growth across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building partnerships, and wants to play a direct role in growing one of the largest bulk transportation brokerages in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and onboard new carrier partners
- Build long-term relationships with carriers and drivers
- Collaborate with sales and brokerage teams on strategic projects and customer opportunities
- Analyze market trends, rates, and capacity to improve operational performance
- Support customer RFPs and pricing strategies
- Drive carrier capacity growth and service reliability

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
- Transportation, logistics, or sales experience is a plus — but not required
