The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function by delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR services. This position serves as a primary point of contact for teammates and leaders, providing administrative and operational support across recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process, including creating job requisitions in Workday, posting positions, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday, including employee data maintenance, organizational updates, business process support, and basic troubleshooting.
- Train and assist managers and office staff on Workday Recruiting and HR processes while promoting system best practices.
- Assist with the coordination of onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within Workday.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- 2–4 years of progressive Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, or HR administrative experience.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting hiring managers with recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate movement, and onboarding.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Preferred experience using Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting.
