Charter Driver

The role of Charter Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on charter trips, tours, and special events while delivering a high level of customer service. This position operates motorcoaches for a variety of clients including schools, organizations, and private groups. The Charter Driver ensures safety, reliability, and professionalism while representing the company on the road and at customer locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 
  Safely operate a motorcoach on charter trips, tours, and special assignments
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and required documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs during trips
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and emergency protocols

Education, Experience and Skills:

• 
  Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time, routes, and schedules independently
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips #NOR
