Job Summary (List Format):
- Prepares operating room and gathers all necessary supplies for surgical procedures
- Delivers surgical instruments to the surgeon and surgical team during operations
- May function as a second assistant to the surgeon during procedures
- Assists with decontamination and cleaning of the operating room, supplies, and instruments after surgery
- Works primarily in ENT, robotics (DaVinci), and some neuro cases
- Works 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), including every other holiday
- Participates in call rotation for weekdays, weekends, and possible holidays
- Requires at least 2 years of surgical tech experience
- Requires BLS (AHA) certification and high school diploma or GED
- Graduate of accredited surgical technologist program, equivalent military training, or 20 years of experience as a surgical tech
- Robotic (DaVinci) and neuro experience preferred
- Position based at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio
