Requirement description :
- 2 Years of CT Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Must be able to do X-Ray as well - Required
- Fingerprinting required during compliance
- Toshiba CT Scanner Experience - [PREFERRED]
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 100-mile radius restriction) - Required

- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (CT) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
