Position Overview

No roofing experience required — we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist crew leaders with roof tear-offs and installation
- Carry and stage roofing materials safely
- Help with job site setup and cleanup
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Work as part of a professional team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
