What You’ll Do:
Underwrite FHA and VA loans according to HUD, VA, and investor guidelines
Review borrower documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:
3 years of FHA/VA underwriting experience
DE certification required; LAPP/SAR preferred
Thorough understanding of HUD and VA guidelines
Proficiency with DU/LP and Encompass
