Position Overview
The OT position provides patient-centered care in the home setting in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the agency. This role includes:
- Supervising OTAs
- Overseeing the implementation and follow-through of the plan of care as directed by the ordering Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- Participating in quality improvement activities to support compliance with state and federal guidelines as well as professional standards of practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay is structured per-visit and based on experience

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
