Position Summary
Reliant Group Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Multifamily Acquisition Interns to join our Los Angeles–based investment team for the Summer 2026 program. This part-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to institutional commercial real estate investing, including direct involvement in active acquisitions, underwriting, and market research across our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the acquisitions team in underwriting prospective multifamily investments, including building and reviewing financial models, rent rolls, and operating statements.
• Conduct in-depth market research on target submarkets, including rent comparables, sales comparables, demographic trends, and competitive supply analysis.
• Assist with the preparation of investment memoranda, deal screening materials, and investment committee presentations.
• Compile and maintain market data, deal pipeline trackers, and other internal investment resources.
• Provide additional analytical and administrative support to the deal team as needed.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily investment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and PowerPoint preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Any AI knowledge is a bonus.
