  • Support commissioning readiness by verifying that systems are inspected, documented, and complete prior to testing.
  • Review and validate inspection reports, test records, checklists, and turnover documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and quality reviews to support project objectives.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Monitor quality metrics and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
  • Support the training and development of QA/QC engineers, coordinators, and field personnel.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and building it right the first time.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education, military service, technical training, and industry experience may be considered.
