The company values technical expertise, innovation, and a collaborative approach, providing a flexible hybrid work environment and the chance to work on impactful projects that support essential infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of electrical systems for mission critical and data center projects.Work directly with customers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Oversee construction administration tasks, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Review and provide feedback on electrical testing reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.Perform engineering analyses, evaluations, and research studies on facilities of varying sizes.Prepare detailed reports on design, construction, maintenance, and operational issues within facility systems.Provide technical support to engineering and technical staff in troubleshooting and maintaining complex electrical equipment, including switchgear, controllers, and power distribution systems.Conduct field surveys to assess and document existing project conditions.Consult with internal teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors regarding product quality and technology advancements.Lead and mentor engineers and technical personnel in the development and execution of complex projects.Inspect electrical construction work in progress and upon completion to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on mission critical/data center projects.Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.Proven ability to lead design teams and manage construction administration tasks.Experience reviewing electrical testing reports and ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SKM software.Knowledge of engineering codes and standards.Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both in-office and remote work flexibility.
Salary : $96,000 - $140,000
