Status: Hourly/Non-exempt
Location: Primary coverage in Webster, Sodus and Irondequoit branches, but will travel where needed.
Shift/Hours: Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member for our Webster, NY branch.
As an MSA at Reliant, you will:
- Provide a positive member experience.
- Perform routine member transactions in a professional, confidential, and accurate manner.
- Actively discuss and refer Reliant’s products and services with members and potential members.
- Identify ways to improve members’ financial lives by saving them time and/or money, or by counseling members on appropriate use of their accounts.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Required Training and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is desired
- Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
