Qualified candidate should have knowledge or prior experience working with specifications and material standards, must be capable of reading and interpreting customer requirements, standards, specifications, and verifying all order requirements are met, must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage the completion of multiple tasks, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated proficiency with the most current versions of Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees within organization, and strong customer focus, excellent customer service skills, and positive, “can-do” attitude. Knowledge of Commercial Nuclear materials & specifications, and ASME Code a plus; 2- or 4-year degree or prior experience in a related field. An in-depth background, experience, or knowledge in metals and fasteners also a plus.

Job Function
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Perform tasks and maintain roles and responsibilities per the mandatory requirements of the Quality Assurance department and per the business Quality Management System
- Perform tasks and assignments per the direction of the QA Manager
- Perform a documented order/contract review of customer purchase orders to determine testing and specific quality requirements.
- Create certification packages based on commercial nuclear, code, military & federal, and customer-specific requirements
- Review and approve certifications for material (mill certs), subcontracting, chemical, mechanical, and metallurgical testing
- Learn QA/QC procedures and adhere to Quality System requirements
- Expedite internal processes to meet daily customer shipping requirements
- Communicate with customers or suppliers via phone/e-mail to resolve issues related to material and/or purchase orders
- Perform scanning and filing of quality system documentation
- Additional Order Review support
- Traveler Creation support
- Certification Specialist

Schedule: 8-hour shift (M-F, with potential for overtime)
Work Location: In person with ability to commute to Cleveland, OH 44130
