Job Function

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Expediting of sales orders
- Assist Production Manager in areas of Safety as Safety Coordinator, maintain s safety
files, perform monthly office inspections and forward to Director of Corporate Operations.
- Human resource contact for California facility. Complete all new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Complete workman’s compensation paperwork and update OSHA 301 Form.
- Assist in processing P.O.’s for supplies in warehouse, maintains files for weekly inventory.
- Completes payroll bi-weekly, Update time bank daily and complete absence slips.
- Maintains Production files
- Maintains weekly machinery checklist files.
- Assist and back-up for Production Manager.
- Expedite, follow-up buyout & process orders.

instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
