The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $80,168.40/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Job Function
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning
- Administers the bi-weekly payroll and any off-cycle pay runs via Dayforce system
- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure timely submission of appropriate forms & acknowledgments
- Provides support and guidance to employees & management when complex, specialized, sensitive questions and issues arise; administer and executes routine tasks in delicate circumstances; such as providing reasonable accommodation, investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations
- Manages progressive disciplinary and performance management processes
- Manages the full cycle talent acquisition process which includes recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Analyzes trends in compensation; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws & regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law
- Performs other duties as assigned
