Performs a variety of warehouse functions including stocking, picking and packing merchandise for customer orders.
Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners to receive, locate, pick, verify, and ship inventory accurately.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and company requirements.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Label, wrap, and palletize products for shipping.
- Move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
- Basic computer and inventory control skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.

Requirements:
· Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
· Able to work overtime if required.
· Must not be afraid of heights.
· Work in an ambient (non-air conditioned) building.
· Must be able to work all shifts.
· Must have a High School diploma or GED.
