Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements
- Controls visitors by greeting and checking in all facility visitors and assisting them as necessary
- Provides access to mission control rooms (MCRs) and secure areas
- Maintains, verifies, and updates clearance information for customers
- Schedules conference rooms
- Monitors vehicle gate access to ATR's facility
- Escorts building service team members into ATR's secure areas
- Provides facility-wide page announcements as necessary
- Provides other administrative support services as necessary
- Works within ATR's Admin Team under close supervision of senior-level team lead and has work checked for quality and completeness

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience is required to qualify as a Project Support Specialist I
- To qualify as a Project Support Specialist II, a minimum of 3 years of work experience performing the stated or similar function is required
- Demonstrated proficiency using office automation equipment including personal computers, optical scanners, printers, and software application programs such as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic mail, and SharePoint applications.
- Must be able to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed for flight test support
- Must be a team player, self-starter, and demonstrate initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and will be required to successfully pass drug screening(s)
- Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.
- Employment and start date is contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance
