What You’ll Do
• Be the first friendly, knowledgeable voice clients reach when tech hiccups happen.
• Troubleshoot Windows, networking, and printing issues remotely.
• Walk users through fixes in plain English — speak tech when needed, but always in a way that makes clients feel confident, not confused or talked down to.
• Document work clearly in our ticketing system.
• Configure or deploy PCs, software, and devices as needed.
• Occasionally assist our field team on installations or escalated projects.
What We’re Looking For
• Solid understanding of Windows environments and networking basics.
• 1–3 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience preferred (but not required).
• Friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Strong troubleshooting and follow-through skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs when assisting on-site.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a specialized, fast-moving IT field.
• Someone who’s as good with people as they are with computers — no ego, no tech-speak showdowns, just excellent service with a smile.
