Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Commission Only - 10% of Gross Revenue (Uncapped Earnings)

About the Opportunity
Reliance Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow a professional lighting services business in the Plano, TX area. This role focuses on helping homeowners, businesses, and property managers transform their properties through customized lighting solutions.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new residential and commercial business opportunities
- Meet with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to assess lighting needs
- Conduct sales presentations and provide customized solutions
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Consistently achieve sales and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales, home services sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Experience selling to homeowners, businesses, or property managers
- Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
