Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and participate in portfolio planning meetings with IT leaders and executives
- Coordinate and submit annual and mid-term plans for assigned IT portfolios
- Collect and analyze financial data to support strategic budgeting decisions
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and help manage plans to achieve savings
- Support business unit finance and coordinate requests across portfolio teams
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with portfolio leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure service levels are met according to divisional goals and customer expectations
- Partner with leadership to improve financial planning and management processes
- Prepare journal entries, including accruals and expense reclassifications
- Review budget-to-actual results, identify variances, and recommend forecast adjustments
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Analyze financial trends, discrepancies, and potential risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience building financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Data visualization skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for executive-level reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
