Job Responsibilities
- Perform PLC programming for Allen Bradley, Omron or Siemens
- Support Production Engineering's equipment development
- Support equipment specification development to confirm standards compliance
- Support equipment machine risk assessment development and confirmation activities
- Complete equipment checks for Safety, Electrical and Mechanical design confirmations
- Confirm equipment, conveyor and logistics hardware for individual cell & zone safety interlocks
- Support equipment confirmations at vendor buy-off trials and larger zone trials
- Support equipment adjustment to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity target achievement
