Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative (BDR) role based in Chicago, IL. The BDR will focus on prospecting OEM accounts, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and creating a steady pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, conducting outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings or demos with Account Executives. The role will also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking activities and conversion metrics, and collaborating with marketing on campaigns to improve lead quality and engagement. The BDR will continuously refine messaging, share market feedback with internal teams, and help shape the go-to-market approach for Reliance IQ.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience creating and managing a qualified pipeline.

- Comfort using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms to organize activities and report results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Chicago, IL, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
