Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Schedule & Compensation
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (seasonal variability)
- Pay: $20–$24/hour depending on experience performance pay

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Answer and triage all incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a prompt, friendly manner
- Perform outbound calls to existing customers and maintenance members
- Assist Lead Dispatcher with daily call count goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records following company and software guidelines
- Gather, analyze, and organize reports for weekly admin meetings
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Track office inventory and place restocking orders as needed
- Complete ongoing software and customer service training

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to show empathy and professionalism with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset
- Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC or trades experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM
Hiring is contingent upon being able to pass a background and drug test.
