Client Care Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $20-$24/hour performance incentives
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule service appointments and support dispatch
- Make outbound calls to customers and maintenance members
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with reporting and admin tasks
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service or admin experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred:
- HVAC or trades experience
- ServiceTitan familiarity
