FT 32 Hr/wk
Provides 24/7 support to program participants in a residential program. Eligible participants fall under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatry Security Review board (PSRB). Responsibilities include ensuring participants are following a conditional release plan under the jurisdiction of the PSRB, supporting activities according to the program participants IRPs, assisting program participants in performing daily living skills and personal care needs, providing emotional support to participants, monitoring participants physical and mental health, and reporting relevant information to the Director. Documentation of services in the Electronic Medical Records System (EMRS). CNA/HHA/PCA/PCT preferred.
