Medical Assistant - Clinic
Location: Care Resources PACE - Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (no weekends!)

What You'll Do
- Answer phones and resolve or forward to nurse as needed
- Collect and record participant health data such as blood sugar logs, vital signs, and weights, including documentation in the EMR
- Perform basic wound care
- Obtain requested immunizations, labs, administer meds, TB skin tests, etc.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in office management or related field preferred).
- Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working in a clinic, physician office or emergency room
- Immunization experience preferred
- Strong computer and tech skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional
