Closer - Greeneville Office
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, dependable Closer to join our Kingsport team! At Reliable Title, our Closers are trusted problem-solvers and strong communicators who help make the entire transaction feel smooth and well-managed. If you’re organized, enjoy helping people, and are ready to grow in a supportive environment – we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping and reviewing closing packages
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Guiding clients through the closing process with care and clarity
- Handling disbursements, recordings, post-closing, and title policy prep
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
- Great communicator – written and verbal
- Comfortable with technology and fast-moving files
- Prior closing or title experience preferred (but not required – we’re happy to train the right fit)
- A calm, collaborative mindset with a desire to help people
