Reliable Therapy Staffing is looking for full time Occupational Therapists dedicated to supporting students' mental health, behavioral development, and academic success in an in-person setting.

Compensation:
- $65-$75 per hour, dependent on position and experience

Duties
- Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and screenings to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group sessions to support student growth.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students’ unique learning requirements.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, testing results, and detailed records of all interventions while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Manage case loads efficiently through case management practices, ensuring timely follow-up and progress monitoring for each student.
Requirements
- Valid licenses or certifications in the applicable state or region.
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
