Lead ETL Technical Analyst

Stamford, CT

Contract-To-Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end incentive lifecycle (requirements -> build -> production -> monthly reporting).
  • Support monthly recalculation and rebuild of incentive logic.
  • Enable scalability beyond current Alteryx-based workflows.
  • Contribute to roadmap shifting toward Python and AI enablement (Amazon Q, automation).
  • Strong SQL (mandatory)
  • Python (strong plus)
  • Alteryx experience (preferred)
  • Tableau (plus)
  • Experience working on web-based applications (strong plus)
  • Ability to interface with business stakeholders
