Job Description:
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile setting with shifting requirements
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, with strong focus on incentive modeling and performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modeling
- Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or Redshift SQL) for data analysis, and ad-hoc reporting
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Background in telecommunications, cable industry, or sales channel performance management
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
