DevOps Engineer

Job Description:
• Must Have: Strong experience with cloud and infrastructure engineering including AWS, experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, strong database experience, ability to support production environments including log analysis and issue triage, and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to work independently.
• Interview Process: One round interview
• Notes: This role supports the Charitable team focused on 501c offerings and Donor Advised Funds. The position is a 50/50 mix of DevOps engineering and production support, including on-call responsibilities for publicly facing applications. Responsibilities include investigating production issues, reviewing logs, guiding engineering teams, and documenting issues for knowledge transfer. The team is currently undergoing a GitHub migration and transitioning AWS infrastructure from Concourse to Jenkins Core. They are looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and grow into project-based work after ramp-up.
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of development languages such as Java and experience supporting customer-facing applications.
