About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish and English -speaking customers, helping them find the right sign supply products and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment. What You'll Do:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Answer inquiries from customers concerning products, their uses, distribution, and provide solutions/recommendations.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability for sign and graphics supplies (Training will be provided)
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including vinyl, substrates, laminates, inks, tools, and related sign supply materials
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the sign supply, graphics, or print industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with products such as vinyl wraps, banners, substrates, plotters, or wide-format printing materials
- Previous customer service or call center experience
