Part-Time Shuttle Driver – Reliable Shuttle LLC Reliable Shuttle LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time W-2 Shuttle Driver to provide scheduled passenger transportation in the Montgomery, Alabama area.

This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule with split shifts and off-duty breaks between assigned routes. During unpaid breaks, the employee will be completely relieved of work duties and will not be required to remain on call. Current Schedule Tuesday: Routes scheduled between approximately 4:45 AM and 4:45 PM Thursday: Routes scheduled between approximately 4:45 AM and 4:45 PM Sunday: Approximately 7:20 PM to 9:45 PM Schedule and route times are subject to change based on business and customer needs Tuesday and Thursday are not continuous 12-hour shifts; there will be off-duty breaks between routes Pay Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Approximately 16–18 paid hours per week W-2 employee position Company vehicle and fuel provided Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations Arrive on time for all assigned routes and pickups Follow dispatch instructions and assigned schedules Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle Assist passengers with safe entry and exit when appropriate Communicate professionally with passengers and dispatch Immediately report accidents, incidents, vehicle concerns, or delays Follow Reliable Shuttle LLC safety and customer-service policies Minimum Requirements Valid driver’s license Safe and acceptable driving record Must pass background screening and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review Must meet company commercial auto insurance driver requirements Reliable transportation to report for assigned shifts Dependable attendance and punctuality Smartphone with GPS capability Professional appearance and customer-service skills Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and split shifts Experience in passenger transportation, shuttle service, senior transportation, medical transportation, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving is helpful but not required. Reliable Shuttle LLC provides scheduled non-emergency passenger transportation only. This position does not provide medical care, medical monitoring, or emergency transportation.
