Reliable Services & Construction (RSC) is expanding rapidly across the Oklahoma market, supporting restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and hospitality operations.

We’re looking for experienced, dependable technicians who can operate independently, represent the company professionally, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial restaurant equipment and HVAC/refrigeration systems
- Respond to emergency service calls with urgency and professionalism
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
- Install and replace commercial equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Complete work orders, notes, and documentation accurately (FieldPulse)
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and professional appearance
Requirements
- 3 years experience in commercial service (restaurant equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration)
- EPA Certification (required for refrigeration work)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred (Not Required):
- CFESA Certification
- Experience with hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills)
- Multi-trade experience (HVAC refrigeration equipment)
Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
