Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Material pickup and delivery, as well as unloading at either job site or the warehouse.
- Responsible for dumpster delivery to the job site and taking the dumpster to the landfill, emptying and returning to the job site as needed.
- Fleet management, such as inspections and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures to create a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
- The position will require frequent lifting up to 75 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
