THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Mitigation Technician, you’ll work alongside our Crew Chiefs providing emergency restoration services to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, storms, and other property damage.

Our customers are often experiencing one of the most stressful situations they’ve faced. Your job is about more than restoring property—it’s about helping people when they need us most.

You’ll receive hands-on experience, learn valuable restoration skills, and have opportunities to advance as you grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with water extraction, demolition, drying and dehumidification
• Assist with mold remediation preparation and fire/smoke cleaning
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
• Perform demolition and debris removal
• Help protect and move customer contents when necessary
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards
• Help provide an exceptional customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous construction, mitigation, restoration, or labor experience is preferred, but not required. We're just as interested in your attitude, character, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Valid driver's license preferred
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
