Job Purpose
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our existing operation, driving process improvement projects and developing dashboards and real-time analytics to support upper management decision. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Managers to drive understanding of operational and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, create, troubleshoot Power BI system
- Hold regular, scheduled trainings on systems/processes/software /products used by the company
- Address internal mistakes by incorporating them into trainings and developing reports
- Work flow analysis and troubleshooting
- Call tree analysis and maintenance
- Documentation flow
- Time studies
- “Secret shopper” trials
- Assist with operational forecasting:
- Staff needed in each location
- Systems needed to maintain SLA
- KPI analysis and monitoring
- Flowcharting Processes
- New office implementation project management
- Interim Manager role if needed for any of the customer service departments
Basic Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or IT role
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of data integrity and accuracy
- Proven ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting
- Great people and teaching skills
- Ability to handle stressful and delicate situations with tact, diplomacy, attention to their importance, and understanding of responsibility involved
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines
