We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Norwood, MA.
In this full-time, hybrid role, you will play a key part in supporting our hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent.
This position requires 3 in-office days per week (Friday required, flexibility on other 2 days), with the remaining days remote.
What You’ll Do
- Review candidate applications and conduct video interviews to assess experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements
- Manage and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post and promote job opportunities across internal and external platforms
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring-related meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Support onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and operations teams
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information
- Provide overall administrative assistance to the HR department
- Assist in answering questions regarding benefits, policies, etc.
- Maintain employee files and logs
- Assist the HR department with the creating and updating of policies to ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws and regulations
- Assist with leave of absence paperwork, employment verifications, etc.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events (summer outings, holiday party, flu clinic, lunchtime talks, service days, etc.)
- Work on special projects as needed
- Assist with coordinating new hire scheduling, training, paperwork, travel arrangements, and general onboarding requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with a positive, professional demeanor
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
