Case Worker/ Skip Tracer position

The Case Worker is an important position in our company. They maintain the relationships with the clients and manage their accounts day to day. They can also be responsible for investigating cases and tracing the addresses of a account.

The Case Worker is a pivotal role in providing excellent service while developing and maintaining the company's relationships with our clients.

Case Workers are responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's accounts. You will be the point of contact for our clients and our agents, provide client support, up-selling, , investigative work and general relationship management. We are looking for positive people with strong people skills, good communicators, results-oriented and have good business judgment to join our team.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma with a continuous record of learning

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively on the

phone.

2. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

3. Ability to act in a discreet manner

4. Prior experience in the Banking industry, Auto industry, Finance

collections and or Collateral recovery is a plus ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1. Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free ( abuse of

illegal and legal drugs)

2. Fast and accurate data entry and data processing skills

3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

4. Clean, presentable appearance

5. Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to

be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors. Spanish is a plus but not required.

6. Meet the attendance schedule as agreed to with your supervisor
