Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns using warm calling techniques to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects
- Engage with potential clients via telemarketing, B2B sales approaches, and personalized communication to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads and increase conversion rates
- Negotiate terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutual benefit while maintaining professional integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on lead generation or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling strategies that drive results
- Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and customer service principles is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management
