Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Community Manager based in Encinitas, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, and address residents’ needs promptly and professionally. Key responsibilities include managing vendor contracts, enforcing community policies, organizing board meetings, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall maintenance of client properties. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure community satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Community management skills, including knowledge of HOA regulations, relationship building, and handling communications with residents and stakeholders
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, and overseeing vendor contracts
- Financial management skills, including budgeting, report generation, and understanding financial statements
- Communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in property or community management is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred
