Compensation: Base Salary of $40,000 - $50,000/year D.O.E.,

We are a growing major supplier of high quality, certified organic, gluten-free snack food, and bakery ingredients. Our family-owned company was established in 1973 and expanded to our USA operations in 2003.

Job Description

At Reliable Products, we help our customers create exceptional food products by sourcing the highest quality ingredients. We’re on the lookout for a confident, personable, and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is not your typical pushy sales role—we're looking for relationship builders who are passionate about providing real value to our clients.

He/she is a vital liaison between the company and customers. He/she will determine the customer needs, work effectively with our internal team to meet customer requirements, and be proficient at developing long-term customer relationships. He/she will also be responsible for producing new sales, bringing in new clients and utilizing existing and potential customer networks while attaining assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

· * Execute sales initiatives and strategies to achieve personal and company growth targets.

· * Prospect and nurture new and existing B2B customer relationships via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings.

· * Collaborate with internal purchasing teams to fulfill customer needs and prepare pricing.

· * Manage, monitor, and renew weekly customer contracts.

· * Expand accounts by upselling additional product lines and retaining key clients.

· * Onboard new clients, maintain CRM activity logs, and assist with sales forecasting.

· * Track customer/market trends and communicate competitive intelligence.

· * Attend 3–4 industry trade shows and select customer visits per year.

Qualifications

· * Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

· * Experience in food commodities or ingredients is a plus.

· * Self-starter with strong initiative, creativity, and motivation.

· * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

· * Comfortable with phone and email-based sales.

· * Hunter mentality—eager to prospect and win new business.

· * Resilient, coachable, and goal-driven.

· * Tech-Savvy and should be Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

  • Highly organized in managing daily sales activities with a strong focus on delivering effective sales results.

Working Conditions

· * Position is based in our Woodinville, WA headquarters.

· * Some travel within the US and Canada is expected.

· * Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, QA, and Operations teams.

· * Standard business hours; occasional extended hours as needed.

· * Training provided for the first 6–12 months to ensure success.
