Travel Nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This opportunity is a 13-week assignment with 48 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts.

As an ICU travel nurse, you will provide critical care to patients requiring intensive interventions. Your expertise and skills will be essential in stabilizing patients, managing life-threatening conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.

• Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and other data to inform clinical decisions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing.

• At least 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care setting.

• Strong understanding of nursing principles, pharmacology, and medical terminology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
