We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and storage of materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Shipping/receiving experience
Pay: $23.80 - $28.70 per hour
