About the Role
We're hiring a Paint Line Lead / Industrial Painter to lead the daily operation of our wet paint line. You'll be hands-on with painting, equipment setup, and quality checks, while also helping develop workflows and efficiencies for a scaling manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
Run the day-to-day operations of the wet paint line—painting, prepping, mixing, spraying, and working directly with production needs.
Establish, refine, and document paint line processes to improve flow, consistency, and throughput as our facility expands.
Train and guide paint line team members; help set the tone for a safe, efficient, team-oriented work area.
Ensure proper film thickness, finish quality, and adherence to customer and internal specs.
Oversee paint mixing, viscosity checks, equipment setup, and booth cleanliness.
Troubleshoot paint line or equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when needed.
Track productivity and support scheduling to keep jobs moving on time.
Maintain and promote safety practices, PPE use, and OSHA compliance.
What You Bring
3 years of industrial/wet painting experience; leadership experience a plus.
Strong understanding of spray equipment, surface prep, and paint application standards.- Ability to read job specs and maintain consistent, high-quality output.
A mindset for continuous improvement—someone who naturally spots inefficiencies and enjoys finding solutions.
Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour, possibly higher based on experience
