Duties

- Negotiate terms and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our software systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Assist in translating communications for Spanish-speaking clients when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals over the phone.

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
