Position Overview
We're hiring a House Cleaner to join our residential cleaning team. The work is roughly 70% solo cleaning and 30% team cleaning on larger jobs. You'll work Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights. Weekends are optional and only if you want them.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, communicates well, and takes pride in quality work. No prior cleaning experience required — we train from scratch. Experience is welcome if you have it.
What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes following customized checklists for each client
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, and light fixtures
- Take out trash and replace liners
- Tidy and organize living spaces as needed
- Care for company-provided equipment and supplies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and your team
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to management

What We Offer
- Starting pay $20/hr during training (typically 1–2 months)
- Raises to $21–$22/hr after training based on performance
- Performance reviews every 6 months with continued pay growth — our current team averages $25/hr
