We're looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of labor tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Digging holes. small trenches, backfilling, and grading.
- Assisting with demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal.
- Moving tools to and from work areas.
- Operating small hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assisting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a labor field.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
