What You'll Do:
As a key face of our company, you will:
1. Be the Expert: Conduct thorough inspections and deliver high-quality reports that give clients piece of mind.
2. Be the Consultant: Return client calls and emails.
3. Be a Leader: Maintain your CE credits and stay at the forefront of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland inspection standards.
What we're Lookiing For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in "getting it right".
- Experience: 1 years home inspection or construction (ASHI/InterNACHI certification or DE licensure is a major plus).
- Physicality: You are comfortable with heights(walking on roofs) and the physical demands of crawlspaces and attics.
- Availability: You value a flexible schedule but are available to work every other Saturday to serve our clients during the peak real estate window.
- Reliability: A clean driving record and self-motivated mindset.
A Note for Aspiring Inspectors:
If you have construction experience but aren't yet licensed, we offer an intensive, high speed training program. It is physically and mentally demanding.
