Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, you may assist clients with:

• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
• Meal preparation and meal assistance
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Errands, appointments, or transportation support when applicable
• Following the client’s care plan
• Communicating changes in the client’s condition to office staff
• Arriving on time and providing dependable, respectful care
